I understand that life happens. So in an effort to extend some grace, while also protecting my business, I offer a 2 time, free of charge cancellation per client for same day cancellations (24 hours or less before the appointment begins).After 2 cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment time happens, client will be charged 50% of the service price even if they reschedule the appointment to a different day (no exceptions). If client calls to reschedule appointment after the service time has already passed or they no call/ no show, a 50% charge of the service price will be charged to the card on file automatically. There is no 2 time grace policy for these instances. Although it is encouraged to arrive 5 minutes early to appointments, each client has a 5 minute grace window of arrival to their appointment after their appointment time has started. Any client who arrives after the 5 minute grace window is subject to have their appointment canceled so that it doesn’t interfere with the start times of other client appointments after them.
